If you access the Services through a mobile device, we may be able to identify the approximate location of your mobile device (not precise geolocation data), your mobile device’s brand, model, operating system, resolution, screen size, system version, Bluetooth settings, Internet connection, random access memory (“RAM”), your installed applications, your applications running in the background, your mobile device’s advertising ID, other unique identifiers, and other information related to your device settings.

Installed Applications: We collect metadata about installed applications (e.g., app names, versions, permissions) to identify vulnerabilities and ensure device security. This data is only used for threat detection and system optimization.

The collected data will be used for service analysis and improvement, including ad effectiveness evaluation and user behavior analysis.

- Cookies & Similar Tracking Information

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Services. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to, account activation time, content displayed to you and whether you clicked on it, ads displayed to you and whether you clicked on them, URLs you visited, notifications displayed on your mobile device, your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, your mobile device country code, and your user ID.

When you choose to share content with us, we automatically collect information about your Wi-Fi connection and call information. You can limit the amount of information we collect from your device (such as your computer, phone, or tablet) by adjusting your device or browser settings. However, if you prevent us from collecting certain information from you, we may not be able to provide certain features in our Services.

2) Information Provided to Us

The information obtained for processing depends on the products and services you use, and could include the following:

- Customer Support Information:

If you are a visitor to the Website or a user of the Application, we may collect information that you provide to us when you communicate with any of our departments (for example, customer service or technical services).

- Product information

Additionally, data about the operation of the product and its interactions with users is analyzed. For example, how long does a threat scan take? Which features are used more frequently than others? The answers to these and other questions help developers improve the product to make it faster and easier to use.

- Device data

Data such as device type, operating system, etc. may be needed so that users do not need to purchase new licenses for security products after reinstalling the operating system. This information also helps us analyze cyber threats as it shows how many devices are affected by any particular threat.

- Information on installed applications

To uphold our commitment to user privacy and device security, we carefully collect and analyze metadata from installed applications. This metadata includes details such as application names, versions, and permissions. Our primary goal is to identify potential vulnerabilities and enhance your device’s security. All data is strictly used for threat detection and system optimization, in full compliance with our privacy policy and applicable legal regulations.

This information is essential for conducting comprehensive virus and vulnerability scans across all installed applications. It also allows us to compile a trusted list of benign applications, minimizing false positives from our security solutions. Our approach ensures robust device security, data confidentiality, and effective protection measures

- Wi-Fi connection data

This information is analyzed in order to warn users of insecure (i.e., poorly protected) Wi-Fi access points, helping to prevent personal data from being inadvertently intercepted.

- Unique identifier for mobile device

This device identifier is generated on user devices on Android 8 and higher using the device's advertising ID. We do not process the advertising ID in clear text; we only process its hashed value. If the user resets the value of the advertising ID, the new value of the unique identifier for mobile device is associated with the old value, which is necessary for the correct use of device services.
